After you request
Now you wait.
Five to fourteen days. We do not ask for your email address, so come back when you have the file. If you want a nudge, generate a calendar event below. It is a .ics file, made in this tab, for your calendar app rather than ours.

Download a calendar reminder
A .ics file your calendar app can open. It creates an event fourteen days from today titled “Quilore: check for your Spotify export”. No email address, no account, generated entirely in the browser.

Request your export from Spotify Done
Under “Download your data”, tick only “Extended streaming history”.
-
02
Confirm the email Done
Spotify sends a confirmation immediately. Without that click the request never starts.

Wait five to fourteen days
Spotify processes requests on their own timeline and there is no way to expedite it. When the file is ready they send a second email with a download link.

Most arrive inside a week. Spotify’s stated ceiling is 30 days, which is the legal maximum rather than the norm.

No upload, no account. Bring it exactly as it arrived, still zipped.
About the snapshot
Your export covers everything up to the date Spotify generated it. That date appears on every results screen. The data is not live and does not update. A newer export would extend the history.
Common questions
Common questions
- Will you email me when the file arrives?
- No. Quilore does not ask for your email address. Spotify emails you directly when the export is ready, and the calendar reminder puts a note in your own calendar rather than ours.
- Can I close this page?
- Yes. Nothing is running and nothing is stored. Come back to
quilore.com/uploadwhenever the file lands. - The link in Spotify’s email expired.
- Their download links last a few days. Request the export again from the same privacy settings page. The process is identical.
- I requested it before. Can I use that file?
- Yes, as long as it contains files named
Streaming_History_Audio_*.json. If it does, it will work.
